OUR STORY
DUSTBONE was born in 2013 in Beaufort, South Carolina—between fire calls, paramedic runs, and whatever quiet moments I could steal to draw. I spent years ruining shirts until I figured out how to print one that deserved to exist.
In 2025 I retired from the fire department and threw myself fully into this thing. It’s just me and my wife, Piper. I print in the garage. Storage is a spare bedroom. She packs and ships, keeps the chaos organized, and gives me the straight truth I need. No studio. No big crew. Just two people grinding.
DUST and BONE: life and death.
DESTROY • REBUILD • REPEAT: the cycle we all live in, growing, learning, getting better.
I grew up between Long Beach, California and Brookhaven, Mississippi. Piper came out of Kansas and is the hardest-working midwesterner you’ll ever meet. I never fit neatly anywhere, and DUSTBONE reflects that. It’s a misfit brand for people who feel like outsiders, shaped by tattoo culture, punk roots, and gothic sensibilities.
We give back when we can and support causes that matter.
Thanks for riding with us. You’re part of the story now.
